F4 1S 12A AIO Brushless FC V3, the FIRST flight controller designed specifically for HD VTX. This powerful controller features an STM32F405/AT32F435 chip for high-performance computing and a 5V 3A BEC solution for HD VTX. It weighs just 4.2 grams and includes a 2.4G ELRS serial receiver, a 16MB black box, a barometer and a current meter. Designed for HD VTX, it removes the AT7456E OSD chip and also adds support for external GPS via Betaflight 4.4.0.

About ATBetaflight

ATBetaflight is a fork ported to Artery Tek AT32F435/7 based on betaflight 4.3. The biggest difference compared to the Betaflight firmware is that the sensitivity of the BMI270 gyro is optimized and the measured sensitivity error is reduced from around 2% to less than 0.04%, in line with the specification table in the datasheet. Phenomena such as "horizon drift" and "wrong GPS save direction" essentially no longer appear during actual flight.

The current version of ATBetaflight 4.3.2 RC3 already supports all hardware features but does not support the new features or optimization issues of later versions of Betaflight 4.3.1. For more information, refer to: https://github.com/flightng/atbetaflight

Betaflight Firmware and CLI

For the STM32F405 version

Be careful, DO NOT flash other firmware for AT32F435 version. The official Betaflight firmware for the AT32F435 is still under development, only the currently released ATBetaflight 4.3.2 RC3 has bi-directional Dshot, PRM and RGB functions.

If you need to use Betaflight configurator, please use Betaflight_10.10.0 and follow the steps below to first open "Show all serial devices" in "Options" to recognize the port.

ESC firmware

With BB51 ESC solution, F4 1S 12A FC V3 is based on BLHeliSuite16714903 with Bluejay ESC firmware, supports bi-directional D-shot and RPM filtering in Betaflight, offers fixed PWM frequency of 24KHz, 48KHz and 96KHz for startup options and tunes personalized. The default factory setting of F4 1S 12A FC V3 is 48KHz, and do not recommend upgrading to 96KHz, otherwise it may cause the engine idle setting to fail, not turning when disarmed.

DO NOT flash the firmware with a shorter interval, otherwise there will be some possibility of stalling and burning of the flight controller.

ELRS 2.4G serial RX

Serial ELRS 2.4G RX uses the Crossfire serial protocol (CRSF protocol) to communicate between the receiver and the flight controller board. So the Serial ELRS 2.4G RX is available to support upgrading to ELRS V3 without the need to flash the Betaflight flight controller firmware.

  • Enter pairing state by turning power on/off three times.
  • Plug and unplug the flight controller three times;
  • Make sure the RX LED does a quick double flash, which indicates the receiver is in pairing mode;
  • Make sure the RF TX module or radio transmitter enters the link state, which sends out a link pulse;
  • If the receiver has a solid light, it is bound.

The Serial ELRS 2.4G RX can be updated via Wi-Fi or Betaflight serial passthrough. Here's how to update the Serial ELRS 2.4G RX firmware via passthrough.

  • Connect your FC to your computer, but DO NOT connect to the betaflight configurator.
  • Choose the destination "BETAFPV 2.4GHz AIO RX".
  • Flash using the B etaflight Passthrough option in the ExpressLRS Configurator.

External digital RX/HD connection

Both the STM32F405 and AT32F435 versions support external HD digital VTX. Note that the card reserves two serial ports and one standard SBUS port, available for the receiver with external CRSF protocol or GPS module and the receiver with SBUS protocol. You can refer to the image below.

Warranty

Under the 24-month Legal Guarantee, Drone24Hours is responsible to the consumer for any defects in conformity that cannot be detected at the time of purchase.

The lack of conformity exists when the product is not suitable for the use for which it is normally intended, does not conform to the description or does not possess the qualities promised by the seller, does not offer the qualities and performances usual for a good of the same type, is not suitable for the particular use desired by the consumer if brought to the attention of the seller at the time of purchase and accepted by the seller (art. 129 of the Consumer Code).

Any lack of conformity which becomes apparent within 24 months of the date of purchase of the goods must be reported within 2 months of the date of discovery of the defect.

Unless proven otherwise, it is presumed that any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 6 months of delivery of the goods already existed on that date. In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to have the conformity of the goods restored, free of charge, by repair or replacement (art. 130 of the Consumer Code).

The consumer may ask, at his choice, the seller to repair the goods or replace them, free of charge in both cases, unless the requested remedy is objectively impossible or excessively expensive compared to the other. Repairs or replacements must be carried out within a reasonable time from the request of the Consumer; the average time for returning the product to the Consumer is 20 days.

If Drone24hours is unable to return the repaired product within the maximum period of 60 days, the consumer may request one of the alternative remedies (replacement, termination of the contract, price reduction).

Drone24Hours will send the product for any repairs to the Technical Assistance Center authorized by the Manufacturer.

What happens if the Service Center does not find the lack of conformity?

If the lack of conformity is not found, Drone24Hours will communicate the estimate to the Customer, who can decide whether or not to carry out the repair at his own expense. In this case, any transport costs and diagnosis of the defect requested by the Assistance Center will be borne by the Customer.
