What are the shipping times and costs?

Italy:

Express Shipping (1-4 working days): Free for orders over €150.00. €9.99 for orders under €150.00.

Europe (European Union):

International Express Shipping (2-6 working days): €29.99 for all orders.

Rest of the World:

International Express Shipping (2-6 working days): €49.90 for all orders.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking number we will email you once your order has been shipped. Enter the tracking number on the carrier's website to track your shipment.

What should I do if I don't receive my order within the expected time?

If you do not receive your order within the expected time, please contact our customer service via email at info@drone24hours.com. We will check the shipping status and provide you with updates.

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

If you wish to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address, but we cannot guarantee that the change will be possible if your order has already been processed or shipped.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn, with tags and in the original packaging. Please contact us at drone24hours@gmail.com to initiate a return process.

How can I make a return?

To make a return, contact us via email at drone24hours@gmail.com with a photo of the product, video, a detailed description of the problem, and a description of what you have already done to resolve it. Our operator will guide you through the return process.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

We have up to 30 days to process your refund from the day we receive your return. Refunds to credit cards or PayPal accounts usually take up to 5 days, while refunds to bank accounts take up to 10 days from the time we receive the goods back to our warehouse.

Can I exchange an item?

We only accept exchanges for the same model. If you want a different model, you will need to place a new order.

WARRANTY

How long is the warranty on the products?

Our products are covered by a 24-month legal guarantee for defects of conformity not detectable at the time of purchase.

What defects are covered by the warranty?

The guarantee covers defects of conformity that make the product unsuitable for normal use, not compliant with the description or that does not possess the qualities promised by the seller. Also included are defects that do not offer the usual performance of a good of the same type.

How can I report a lack of conformity?

You can report a lack of conformity via email to info@drone24hours.com or through the “Contact Us” section of our website, attaching detailed photos and videos of the problem. One of our operators will assist you in the procedure.

What happens if the defect is not covered by the warranty?

If the lack of conformity is not found, we will send you a quote for the repair. You can decide whether to carry out the repair at your own expense. In this case, any transport and diagnosis costs will be at your expense.
