Logistics and Management
Drone24Hours relies on DHL shipping service. In addition to handling shipments, they also take care of logistics. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment being made, barring unforeseen circumstances.
Confirm Order
The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment (status “processing”) and put into processing by our logistics. An order in processing cannot be cancelled entirely, nor is it possible to add or remove items partially. From the moment an order goes to the “Completed” status (ready to go), no changes of any kind are allowed.
Shipping Costs
For orders under €2500, shipping costs will be automatically calculated for customers who choose to use one of our partners. For orders over this amount, the customer will be contacted by our customer service who will calculate the exact shipping costs based on logistics guidelines.
Courier Choice
The customer may also not choose one of our couriers and therefore will have to provide the data relating to the courier to whom the shipment will be entrusted. Please note that the goods of an order may be stored in more than one warehouse, therefore we cannot guarantee that the collection will be carried out in one go.
Return Policy
You can return products that you are not satisfied with within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You must also have your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect goods
In case you receive wrong or damaged goods, please contact us immediately within 14 days of receiving your order. Please send an email with photos and videos of the product, a detailed description of the problem and what you have done to solve it. You may be asked to return the item. For confirmed defective goods, we will send a replacement free of charge.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), personalized or made-to-order products, and personal care products (cosmetics). We do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return it and place a new order for the new item.
Withdrawal Periods for the European Union
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Processing and Refund Times
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 30 days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Return shipping charges will not be refunded.
Accountability and Tracking
We recommend that you obtain a tracking number when returning your goods and email it to us. We are not responsible for packages lost during the return process.

We accept payments with any credit card, debit card, prepaid card and also postepay. Payments will be managed by Stripe.com and Nexi.it, online payment software that encrypts your private data keeping it private and safe, it has no extra cost.
PAYPAL
Paypal accepts payment from your account and with any credit card, the payment is immediate, it has no extra cost.
MARK
With cash on delivery there will be a 10€ supplement. The amount due will be paid in cash directly to the GLS courier upon delivery.
Before shipping the package you will be contacted via whatsapp by our Team, once we have received feedback we will ship the package, which will take 24/48 hours to be delivered (on the islands it could take 72 hours).
We ask for maximum cooperation for cash payments as couriers are not required to give change and not to refuse delivery as we would be forced to charge you additional shipping costs and to proceed with a report to the postal police as indicated in our
privacy policy.
Please note that this payment method is only available in Italy.
Please be at the chosen delivery location during the day as the courier does not indicate the exact time of arrival, and with the exact amount of money indicated on the receipt as the couriers do not have change. Most importantly, by clicking the "complete order/place order" button you sign a purchase contract where the customer is obliged to pay (described in the Consumer Code in art. 52 com. 2), and who can then subsequently request a refund or a return.
Attention: Coupons are valid only for products not on sale.
Under the 24-month Legal Guarantee, Drone24Hours is responsible to the consumer for any defects in conformity that cannot be detected at the time of purchase.
The lack of conformity exists when the product is not suitable for the use for which it is normally intended, does not conform to the description or does not possess the qualities promised by the seller, does not offer the qualities and performances usual for a good of the same type, is not suitable for the particular use desired by the consumer if brought to the attention of the seller at the time of purchase and accepted by the seller (art. 129 of the Consumer Code).
Any lack of conformity which becomes apparent within 24 months of the date of purchase of the goods must be reported within 2 months of the date of discovery of the defect.
Unless proven otherwise, it is presumed that any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 6 months of delivery of the goods already existed on that date. In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to have the conformity of the goods restored, free of charge, by repair or replacement (art. 130 of the Consumer Code).
The consumer may ask, at his choice, the seller to repair the goods or replace them, free of charge in both cases, unless the requested remedy is objectively impossible or excessively expensive compared to the other. Repairs or replacements must be carried out within a reasonable time from the request of the Consumer; the average time for returning the product to the Consumer is 20 days.
If Drone24hours is unable to return the repaired product within the maximum period of 60 days, the consumer may request one of the alternative remedies (replacement, termination of the contract, price reduction).
Drone24Hours will send the product for any repairs to the Technical Assistance Center authorized by the Manufacturer.
Times and methods of exercising the Legal Guarantee for online purchases
The Customer can report the defect of the purchased product:
- By email, or by sending a written communication through the "Contact Us" section, attaching detailed photos and videos to help us manage your case more quickly.
prepare the product for shipping by carefully packing it and enclosing all accessories, the instruction manual and everything originally contained in the product packaging and indicating on the packaging.
Drone24hours will send the product for any repairs to the Technical Assistance Center Authorized by the manufacturer.
